This is what my husband found last weekend while mowing the yard... and let me just say that I have a MAJOR snake phobia!

So, what was the most interesting thing that happened to you this week, either at school or at home?  Share in comments!

  1. The most interesting thing that happened to me this week: My daughter has a job interview tomorrow! She has been completing a maternity leave in third grade and frantically job searching for next year! I am really excited about her prospects with this interview! In the meantime I am glad your husband showed you the snake through the window!

    1. Hi, Carol- I hope the interview went well! If my husband would have brought the snake inside, that would have been a nightmare! :-) Lauren

  2. Holy smokes! I would lose my marbles if I saw that! I got a dog from a rescue, he ran away, was gone a week and we got another dog. We then found the previous dog. What a week! Beagles, I tell ya. Cute but....they sure are roamers!

    1. So glad you found your dog! We had beagles growing up and I adore the breed, but I remember having to chase one particular little girl who loved to run! :-) Lauren

  3. One thing I absolutely LOVE about Alaska is that there are NO snakes!!
My interesting thing was that I received quite a few hugs from the boys in my class on our last day of school. Talk about shocker for some of them! It made me even more happy that I am moving up with them to 5th grade!

    1. Ok, so I either need to move to Alaska or Ireland! LOL That is precious about the boys; you must have really made an impact on them. YAY for looping! :-) Lauren
