During this time of the year, the "winter blues" set in, the novelty of school has long since worn off for students (and teachers!), and it may be a little difficult to remain positive and to count one's blessings.

 I am all about finding the good in situations, in people, and in accomplishments. Celebrating the small things in life is what keeps me motivated.  Today I met a personal goal and reached a small milestone. I reached *400* sweet followers at my Teachers Pay Teachers store

 

 Now for some, this may be "chump change" and no big deal.  Some talented sellers deservedly have thousands of followers and fans.  But for me, this is a big accomplishment.  To think that there are that many followers/fans who have purchased over a 1000 of my items just humbles me and blesses me. I work countless hours a day on my products, store, and blog. Literacy is my passion.  Reading, researching, and teaching are my lifeline, coming in third behind my love for the Lord and my family.  To say I am so very, very thankful for all of those who have supported and encouraged me and who have left the kindest feedback seems so trite.  But I mean it, I really do- straight from my heart!
